Red Peters - Blue Ball in Boston - April 19

(Boston, MA - April 4, 2000)

WAAF 107.3 FM Boston presents "The Blue Ball" featuring the legendary Red Peters with members of the Babe Marino Orchestra.

The Show

April 19, 2000 at "The Backstage" (sister club of The Comedy Connection) in historic Quincy Market, Downtown Boston. Red Peters and members of the Babe Marino Orchestra will make a rare live appearance. The WAAF-sponsored event is being billed as the "First Annual Blue Ball" with Ol' Blue Balls himself, Red Peters. Tickets will be very hot and hard to come by. Listen to WAAF for ticket distribution information.

A rare live appearance by the one and only comic song stylist, Red Peters. You've heard him on jukeboxes around the world singing the classics, "How's Your Whole Family" and "Blow Me (You Hardly Even Know Me)". You've heard him on Dr. Demento and virtually every major radio station in North America. You've seen him on Howard Stern, you laughed at him on Armed Forces Radio.

On this special night, Red will be joined by members of his band at the Backstage for a performance of classic tunes from his best-selling CD "I Laughed, I Cried, I Fudged My Undies" as well as premiering live selections from his hot new release "Ol' Blue Balls Is Back".
